I have made a huge salad to have for the week which includes the following: 1 lettuce ice berg sliced, 3 carrots grated, 1 capsicum diced, 1 red onion diced, 1 continental cucumber diced, 1 punnet cherry tomatoes and 2 420g cans of edgell super sweet corn.

Breakfast: Nil
Lunch: 2 cups of salad with 2 teaspoons of italian dressing.
Dinner: 2 cups salad with 2 teaspoons of italian dressing and 2 slices of ham.
3 coffees and 2 litres of water

Dinner: Coles green thai curry meal.
I had 2 coffees with 1 teaspoon sugar and used lite milk.
2 Litres of water throughout the day.



Tuesday 26th November 2013
I was bad today:
Walked around shops for 2hrs
Breakfast Nil
Snack: 1 cinnamon donut from donut king
Lunch: 1 serving of sweet mini chilli twist from bakers delight.
Dinner: 3 Cupcake size puff pastry cups filled with beef strogonoff.
3 coffees throughout the day
2 Litres of water.

Wednesday 27th November 2013

Lunch: 2 vegemite sandwiches
Dinner: 333g serving of ready chef lasagne from coles.
4 coffees throughout the day

The beginning

This is my journey using the Hawkins weight loss machine.  I will keep a weekly weigh in with measurements and a daily food intake.  At the end i will upload photos showing my progress.

A little bit about the machine itself:

The Hawkins  machine uses electrical muscle stimulation (EMS).  Pads are placed on the body (thighs, hips, stomach and chest) each pad sends an electrical pulse stimulating the area. This is used 3 times a week for 60mins each session.

A little about me:

Im 33 years old, have one son.  Ive always been overweight from childhood.  I have never been able to lose the weight.  Recently from medication i put on alot more weight.  I rarely eat breakfast as my stomach seems to not like food in the morning.  I eat simple foods (nothing fancy).  Drink 2 litres a water a day.  I will start walking on the off days as its recommended to walk 30mins 3 times a week.
