I have made a huge salad to have for the week which includes the following: 1 lettuce ice berg sliced, 3 carrots grated, 1 capsicum diced, 1 red onion diced, 1 continental cucumber diced, 1 punnet cherry tomatoes and 2 420g cans of edgell super sweet corn.

Breakfast: Nil
Lunch: 2 cups of salad with 2 teaspoons of italian dressing.
Dinner: 2 cups salad with 2 teaspoons of italian dressing and 2 slices of ham.
3 coffees and 2 litres of water

Tuesday 3rd December 2013:
Used machine for 60mins

Lunch: 2 cups of salad with 2 teaspoons of italian dressing.
Dinner: 2 cups salad with 2 teaspoons of italian dressing and 2 slices of ham.
